Instructions
Cut & wash all vegetables. Add all veggies in pressure cooker. Add 1 cup water. Cook it until 4-5 whistles on medium flame. Switch off gas.
Let it cool. Mash all veggies with masher.
Heat butter in Kadhai. Once melted add onions. Saute until translucent. Add garlic, ginger. Saute it for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes & green chillies. Mash all with masher. Add all dry ingredients. Saute all until gravy leaves oil.
Add Boiled veggies. Saute all for 4-5 minutes. Bhaji is ready.
Garnish with coriander leaves & lemon wedges. serve with butter pav & chopped onions.
