Cottage Cheese and Rice-Moong Dal Chillas are protein packed crepes that are seasoned with green chillies,onions and tomatoes and the richness of Cottage Cheese(Paneer) making it a wholesome Indian breakfast.This healthy Indian breakfast is specially curated to give your day a kick-start and a supplement of nutrition,health and taste.
Combine soaked rice and moong dal along with water and blend till it forms a smooth paste.
Transfer it to a bowl and add chickpea flour,semolina,grated paneer,tomatoes,onions,green chillies,ginger paste,cumin seeds,salt and mix well.
Allow the batter to rest for 10 mins.
Take ¼ tsp oil in a non-stick pan(griddle).Once it is warm,pour a laddle-full of batter and spread evenly to make round of 4ââ¬Â.
Cook on medium flame till it becomes golden-brown from both sides.
Serve hot with tomato-ketchup and mango pickle.

The preparation time does not include the time taken for soaking the lentils and rice.
