Semolina 1/2 cup
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Refine flour 1 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Grated dry fruits 1/4 cup
Milk 750 grams
Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
Sugar syrup 2 cup
Cherry for garnishing
Refine oil or ghee for deep fry
Instructions
Make a batter with refine flour, semolina, cardamom powder and baking soda. Add milk as required.
Now add refine oil or ghee in a frying pan. Heat oil add 1 tbsp batter and deep fry the malpua.
Dipped into sugar syrup after ten minutes take out from the syrup.
Now make the kheer, add milk stir continuously. Milk will reduce half then add milk powder, fresh cream, grated dry fruits and cardamom powder.
Now serve in a plate as shown in the picture. Keep malpua, cover with kheer and garnish with cherry.
Notes
Can be preserve in fridge more than a week.
