Instructions
Cut the tomato and boiled potato into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a kadai and add the kalonji and basil. Let it splutter.
Now add the tomato and potato cubes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Beat the eggs well and add the milk in it. Now add the eggs over the tomato potato mix.
Let it cook for 3 minutes and then scramble the eggs.
Cook for another 2 minutes and then turn off the stove. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with toasted burger buns.
