Add the chopped veggies and cook till they are tender
Add in the groundnuts next, followed by the spice powders and salt to taste
Add the boiled quinoa, followed by the soaked & drained rice flakes
Add the coriander leaves and stir in all the ingredients
Check for spice & salt levels and adjust accordingly
Serve hot
