Take potatoes, breadcrumbs, curd, salt, green chilies and coriander leaves in mixing bowl and mix it really well. Make sure mixture should not be so sticky.
Heat oil in wok. Till then prepare potato rolls.
Grease your palm take amla size portion from mixture n roll it. Roll it an oval shape.
Drop potato rolls in heated oil and deep fry till it done golden brown. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
Potato rolls r ready to serve. Serve this with tomato ketchup n hot cup of tea

If mixture get sticky n you are unable to make perfect roll so don’t worry just add little more breadcrumbs to make perfect potato rolls.
