Add sugar, water, green cardamom in wok n make sugar syrup. Keep aside.
Scramble paneer transfer it in grinder add 1/2 cup water n make it into fine batter.
Add semolina and all purpose flour n again grind it till it done into fine batter.
Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Fill batter in piping bag n pour it in jalebi shape in heated oil. Fry from both the sides till it turn into golden brown. Take out and deep it in sugar syrup.
