Instructions
Soak black chana overnight and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Boil spinach separtely and grind coursely.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion. When it is half fried, add ginger-garlic paste Add besan and fry with tadka
Add turmeric and coriander powder and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add tomato puree and red chilly powder and fry till it leaves oil.
Add boild black chana, spinach, and salt. Add 1/2 cup water to mix all the contents, cover it and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from fire add Garam masala and coriander leaves
Eat with missi roti
