Instructions
Make a soft wheat dough and keep aside.
Now preparing the stuffing - finely chopped 2 onions, add green chillies n chopped fresh corianders. .add a pinch of jeera n hing,
garam masala, haldi chilli n dhaniya powder...salt and 2spoon of lemon juice..
mix it well... now roll the dough in small shape fill the stuffing. .one spoon close it and make parathas and cook on non stick pan with ghee.
Serve with pickle ans curd.
Notes
Dough should be soft
Fill 1spoon stuffing
Roll it very lightly
Cook both the sides on pan…and appky oil while cookin.
