Instructions
Take gram flour in a bowl.
Add milk, water and food colour to make a thick batter.
Heat ghee in a kadhai.
Once the ghee is hot, put the flame to medium and hold the boondi ladle above the ghee.
Pour the batter all over the ladle and start tapping the handle of the ladle so that boondi comes out in the ghee.
Once the bubble reduces, remove boondi from ghee and drain on absorbent paper.
Repeat the same process for the remaining batter.
To make sugar syrup, boil sugar and water until one string consistency.
Switch off the flame, add cardamom powder and lemon juice.
Add boondi and mix well.
Cover with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add melon seeds.
Grease your hand with ghee.
Take boondi and make ladoos.
