Instructions
wash the spinach leaves and put them in iced water, cut the paneer in small cubes.
Drain the water of spinach then mix all the ingredients instead of salt, add lemon juice. Before serving mix salt and serve chilled.
Notes
you can also add red, yellow bell paper .
