Mix milk, gram flour and ghee to obtain bread crumb like texture. Mix it in a blender to get a powdry mixture.
In a kadhai add ghee and then the ground mixture.
Cook for 20 - 30 minutes on a low flame till oil separates.
Keep adding milk little by little and mix. Add upto 1/2 cup milk to the mixture.
1 cup sugar, 3/4th cup water, add cardmom powder, cook till the sugar dissolves.
Add the sugar syrup to gram flour mixture in kadhai
Once the sugar dissolves, transfer the mixture into a greased and lined tray. ALlow it to set for 4 - 5 hours or over night and then cut it into pieces.
