Barley
about 250 grams (1 packet) oo mugi

Onion
medium sized finely chopped

Matar
fresh or frozen, or peas half peas

French Beans
chopped half chopped

Carrot
chopped into cubes half chopped

Mushrooms
half sliced or chopped
cup
Capsicum
chopped into cubes half chopped

Desi Ghee

Garlic

or jeera jeera

Instructions
Soak the Oo Mugi barley in water for 1-2 hours. drain and keep the Oo Mugi barley rice aside.
Heat 3 tbsp ghee or oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped onions and garlic cloves.
Saute on a low flame, till the onions are golden and then add all the chopped veggies including mushroom and peas.
Saute for 5 to 7 minutes on a low flame add salt, pepper and garam masala
Gently let cook all the veggies till the salt and masala mixes well.
Now take a bowl add the drained Oo Mugi Barley layer wise. One layer barley one layer cooked veggies (2-3 layers)
Put butter, cover it and microwave for 10 – 15 minutes.
Oo Mugi Barley is ready. Serve hot.
