Instructions
Grate some lauki.
Now take same quantity of besan, wheat flour,rice flour add grated lauki saunf, methi dana seeds two spoon curd salt mirch and hara dhaniya
knead dough with less of water( only if required)
now steam.them for fifteen to twenty minutes,
cut in pieces for tadka
add a spoon of oil
splutter mustard seeds and sesame seeds
add salt lal.mirch .
Now add muthiya cut in pieces sauté n mix well till it gets crisp serve garnished with hara dhaniya
