  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • spoon Curd two
  • spoon Sesame Seeds two
  • spoon Mustard Seeds one
  • 1-2 sprigs Hara Dhaniya
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • to red chili powder taste
  • spoon Oil one
  • 250 gm Lauki grated
  • spoon Saunf one
  • spoon fenugreek seeds one quarter


  • Grate some lauki.
  • Now take same quantity of besan, wheat flour,rice flour add grated lauki saunf, methi dana seeds two spoon curd salt mirch and hara dhaniya
  • knead dough with less of water( only if required)
  • now steam.them for fifteen to twenty minutes,
  • cut in pieces for tadka
  • add a spoon of oil
  • splutter mustard seeds and sesame seeds
  • add salt lal.mirch .
  • Now add muthiya cut in pieces sauté n mix well till it gets crisp serve garnished with hara dhaniya
