Ingredients
- BESAN: 1 cup
- rice flour : 1 cup
- , wheat flour : 1 cup,
- curd : two spoon
- sesame seeds ; two spoon
- mustard seeds : one spoon
- hara dhaniya; few sprigs
- Salt
- red chilli powder to taste
- oil ; one spoon
- grated lauki: 250 gms
- saunf: one spoon
- methi dana: one quarter spoon

Instructions
- Grate some lauki.
- Now take same quantity of besan, wheat flour,rice flour add grated lauki saunf, methi dana seeds two spoon curd salt mirch and hara dhaniya
- knead dough with less of water( only if required)
- now steam.them for fifteen to twenty minutes,
- cut in pieces for tadka
- add a spoon of oil
- splutter mustard seeds and sesame seeds
- add salt lal.mirch .
- Now add muthiya cut in pieces sauté n mix well till it gets crisp serve garnished with hara dhaniya
