Lauki Muthia
Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- spoon Curd two
- spoon Sesame Seeds two
- spoon Mustard Seeds one
- 1-2 sprigs Hara Dhaniya
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- to red chili powder taste
- spoon Oil one
- 250 gm Lauki grated
- spoon Saunf one
- spoon fenugreek seeds one quarter

Instructions
- Grate some lauki.
- Now take same quantity of besan, wheat flour,rice flour add grated lauki saunf, methi dana seeds two spoon curd salt mirch and hara dhaniya
- knead dough with less of water( only if required)
- now steam.them for fifteen to twenty minutes,
- cut in pieces for tadka
- add a spoon of oil
- splutter mustard seeds and sesame seeds
- add salt lal.mirch .
- Now add muthiya cut in pieces sautรยฉ n mix well till it gets crisp serve garnished with hara dhaniya
