Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add sliced shallots, kovakkai, chopped green chilies, curry leaves, coconut pieces.
Mix well, cover and cook for 10 mins stirring in between.
Add kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Mix well and cook on medium flame for around 10 minutes stirring well in between. Take off the heat. Serve with rice.
