Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Ivy Gourd or kovakkai kovakkai
  • 6 Shallots sliced
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 leaves Curry
  • 2 slices Coconut fresh
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • to Salt
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add sliced shallots, kovakkai, chopped green chilies, curry leaves, coconut pieces.

  • Mix well, cover and cook for 10 mins stirring in between.
  • Add kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

  • Mix well and cook on medium flame for around 10 minutes stirring well in between. Take off the heat. Serve with rice.
