For Sugar Syrup

Instructions
Making the Syrup
Add water, sugar, cardamom in a pan.
Add water, sugar, cardamom and saffron in a sauce pan
Bring to boil and cook you get a syrup consistency.
Making the Jamuns
Take the milk powder, flour, soda in a mixing bowl.
Add the ghee and mix well.
Add the curd 1 tsp at a time and mix well.
Keep on adding little by little of the yogurt to get a soft sticky mixture.
Make smooth small balls from the dough.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot switch off the flame.
Wait for a min and then add the balls and stir well.
After a min or two switch on the flame and fry them in low-medium heat stirring often to get even color and till golden.
Add the fried jamuns into the sugar syrup.
Let them soak in the sugar syrup for atleast 1 hour. Serve warm
Notes
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
