Pannacotta is an Italian dessert. I made this with a fusion of Asian twist by adding Green tea and coconut cream to it. Green Tea Pannacotta with Strawberry Sauce is a yummy dessert with a fusion of taste.
Pour milk into small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over the milk and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes. In a large pan over a medium high heat add the milk gelatin mixture and gently dissolve the gelatin mixture. Do not boil the mixture.
In another pan add matcha powder with little milk, sugar and coconut cream and whisk evenly. Let sugar dissolve and mix with matcha powder and coconut cream. Mix this whisked mixture to the gelatin mix. Mix thoroughly for five minutes.
Mix well for five minutes till the mixture becomes smooth on a low flame. Do not boil. Remove from heat and keep it aside. Wait till it's cool. Transfer it to preferred mouldsand refrigerate for six hours.
To make strawberry sauce blend the fruit with sugar. Sauce is ready. Demould Green Tea Pannacotta from the mould tins. Serve them with Strawberry Sauce and and garnish it with mint leaves and fresh strawberry.Green Tea Pannacotta with sauce is ready.
