pudding is most favorite dish of kids in summers . i have given one healthy twist to this dish . i have used whole wheat flour and oats powder instead of all purpose flour . as whole wheat flour and oats are the source of fibre so it is good for kids health too .i have given doremon shape to this dish for kids fun.
first in a pan dry roast rolling oats for about 3-4 minutes . let it cool down . then in a grinder , grind this roasted oats and make fine powder . keep this aside .
now in a big bowl take oats powder , whole wheat flour , powdered sugar , baking powder , baking soda and salt . mix all ingredients well . now add milk into this mix and make a thick batter .
now take a pan , put one drop oilspread it all over the pan with the help of brush . take one spatula batter nad pour on pan and cook from both sides . repeat this process with remaining batter . oats pancakes are ready . keep them aside .
now for aseembling the pudding - take a big serving dish , put oats pancake as bottom layer then spread whipped cream on it . spread kiwi crush on it . repeat this process again and make more layers . refrigerate it for about 20 minutes .
take out from fridge and garnish with strawberry sticks . whoe wehat oats pancake pudding is ready . serve chillled .
