Instructions
1. To make the white chocolate mousse, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler. Keep aside
2. Now
whisk
the egg whites to from stiff peaks.

the cream with icing sugar as well in a separate bowl.
3.. Now fold in the melted chocolate into the cream, and add the egg whites slowly.
4. To make the dark chocolate mousse, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler. Keep aside

6. Now fold in the melted chocolate into the cream, and add the egg whites slowly.
Assembly : 7. Fill the piping bags with the mousses respectively. Pipe the dark chocolate mousse into the cup to form a layer.
8. Pipe the white chocolate mousse next.
9. Now layer the dark chocolate mousse again. Sprinkle chocolate shavings and refrigerate for atleast 4-5 hrs before serving.
