Peel the skin of the yam and cut them to cubes.
Pressure cook them till they become soft.
After taking them out drain the water out if any.
Put them in a broad pan and mash them well with hand or a masher.
Add all other ingredients mentioned above.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Drop the Yam stuff in to small pinches into the oil and fry till they become golden brown.
Transfer them to a bowl with tissue to remove extra oil.
Serve hot the spicy, hot and crispy Pakoras.
