Instructions
In a mixing bowl add the prawns and all the ingredients mentioned in the marination list, mix well and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
In a frying pan heat oil for deep frying the marinated prawns.
In a medium heat drop the prawns and deep fry them in batches till golden approx 6-7 mins. Keep aside in an absorbent paper.
Heat 3 tbsps in a pan. Use the same oil used to fry the prawns.
Add the ginger, garlic, capsicums, spring onion whites, onion, green chillies and saute for 2 mins.
Add pepper powder, soya sauce, chilly sauce, ketchup, diluted cornflour, mix well and bring it to a boil.
Add the fried prawns, season with salt and saute for about 2 mins.
Add the chopped spring Onion greens and crushed Peanuts, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
Garnish with chopped spring Onion greens and serve.
