Instructions
Grind the chicken along with coconut, Ginger garlic chilli paste
Add all the spices mentioned in marination
Tawa
roast
the besan till golden and add that to the chicken mix
Add some fresh coriander and mint leaves. Mix everything well and set aside for 2 hrs atleast
Heat oil and add the prepared Koftas and fry them till golden brown
Remove the Koftas and set aside
In the same oil add the onion paste and sautee
Add whole Zeera elachi and few cloves
Add the spices mentioned for the gravy along with the green chillies
Once the onion paste cooks well add the fried koftas
Add water and let the Koftas cook in the gravy
Cook till oil separates on top
Serve warm with fresh chapatis garnish with some fresh mint And coriander leaves
