Instructions
At first grate the paneer, mozerella cheese, amul cheese. Mix it together.
Finely chopped onion, corriender, green chillies, chat masala, salt, little bit red chilli powder; mix it together.
Take flour, salt, oli/ghee and make the dough with water.
Make balls with that dough.
Stuffed that cheese mixture into the balls and roll it as a paratha.
Pan fry it with ghee.
Take curd and put salt, sugar, chilli powder, chat masala and mix it together.
Serve paratha with that curd and pickle.
