Paratha stuffed with cheeses served with curd and pickle

Instructions
- At first grate the paneer, mozerella cheese, amul cheese. Mix it together.
- Finely chopped onion, corriender, green chillies, chat masala, salt, little bit red chilli powder; mix it together.
- Take flour, salt, oli/ghee and make the dough with water.
- Make balls with that dough.
- Stuffed that cheese mixture into the balls and roll it as a paratha.
- Pan fry it with ghee.
- Take curd and put salt, sugar, chilli powder, chat masala and mix it together.
- Serve paratha with that curd and pickle.
