Ingredients
  

  • Paneer
  • Mozerella
  • Proceed cheese
  • Onion
  • Corriender leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chat masala
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Curd
  • Pickle

Instructions
 

  • At first grate the paneer, mozerella cheese, amul cheese. Mix it together.
  • Finely chopped onion, corriender, green chillies, chat masala, salt, little bit red chilli powder; mix it together.
  • Take flour, salt, oli/ghee and make the dough with water.
  • Make balls with that dough.
  • Stuffed that cheese mixture into the balls and roll it as a paratha.
  • Pan fry it with ghee.
  • Take curd and put salt, sugar, chilli powder, chat masala and mix it together.
  • Serve paratha with that curd and pickle.
