Blooming Baked Potato

Baked potatoes are always good and when you top them with cheese and spinach, they are going to be healthy and delicious. It's a fun bake as you are trying to bake a potato cut like a blooming flower.

Garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a small bowl add oil and garlic.
In another small bowl add salt, red chilli powder, ground black pepper and cumin powder
Cut the top off the potato.
Using a small sharp knife cut the rings around inside the potato.
Flip over the potato and make cuts all around the potato leaving a small patch on the top intact.
Make sure to make the cuts small. Not thin.
Carefully flip back over the potato.
Brush oil and garlic mix evenly over and between the potato petals.
Sprinkle the salt mix thoroughly.
Top the potato with spinach.
Drizzle some oil over spinach as well.
Line a baking pan and place the potato carefully on it.
Bake for 25-30 min.
Take it out and top with grated cheese.
Put back in the oven and bake for another 10 min.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander or chilli flakes as per choice and enjoy.
