Make a thin and smooth batter with gram flour, and 1/2 tsp salt, Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan the cook the batter till it turn like halwa consistency.
Now dish out the cooked batter in a greased thali cool and cut into cubes .
Now heat the renaming ghee in same pan and fry the gram flour cubes till golden.keep aside .
Heat the oil in another pan crackle the cumin saute ginger,garlic paste,fry the onion paste golden,add dry spices cook till oil separates,add tomato puree cook it again 5 minute with stirring,add paneer and peas mix well with spices ,add 3 cup water,cover and cook for 10 minute on slow flame .
Garnish with coriander serve hot with boiled rice or chapatis .
