My today's salad is an ultimate summer salad. loaded with lots of health benefits. Delicious, colourful, healthy and ready in 10 minutes.Main two indigents of my Salad is Kidney bean and Corns. Lets first talk about Kidney beans it is mostly composed of Carbs and fiber but are also a good Source of protein. 1cupSweetor corns, or water corns blunted in hot water
1Onionfinely chopped
1Tomatoseeds removed finely chopped
1Cucumberchopped
1/2cupCorianderchopped
2noGreen Chillieschopped
2tbspLemon Juice
2tbspOlive Oil

Instructions
Finish all cutting and chopping and keep aside
In a bowl whisk olive oil, honey, lemon juice, green chilly and chopped cilantro together and keep aside
In another bowl add beans, corns, onions, cucumber and tomato. Now add salad dressing to this along with sea salt and black pepper toss gently. Salad is ready serve chilled
