Chilli Powder

for mixing
Instructions
Hard boil the potatoes.
When cool, peel the skin and cut into cubes.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except oil and water. Add water and make a batter of thick consistency.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the potato cubes in the batter and slowly put a couple of them in the pan.
Deep fry on medium flame until brown in colour.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
Notes
To get hard boiled potatoes, keep whole potatoes to boil and cook them for only one whistle in the pressure cooker.
