Paneer cubes - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 1
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji masala powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt
Refined oil
Instructions
Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until golden Brown in colour.
Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Then add the tomato puree.
Add the powdered masalas, salt and cook until the masala leaves oil.
Then add the Kasuri methi and cook for few more minutes..
Then add the milk for the gravy and let this boil. Then add the paneer cubes and mix well. Check for seasoning and serve.
