Instructions
Heat oil and butter in a pan, lightly fry the paneer pieces and keep aside.
Then in the same Oil, add the whole spices followed by the chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
Then add the grated onion and
sauté
until golden Brown. Then add the grated tomato and cook further.
Then add the milk and mix well. Add required amount of water and mix well. Then add the Kasuri methi powder.
Then add the paneer pieces and Let this
simmer
for few minutes. Then add the cream and mix. Check for seasoning and serve.
Then add the powdered masalas and salt. Cook until the masala leaves oil. Then add the cashew nuts powder, cook for few more minutes.
