  • Heat oil and butter in a pan, lightly fry the paneer pieces and keep aside.
  • Then in the same Oil, add the whole spices followed by the chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add the grated onion and sauté until golden Brown. Then add the grated tomato and cook further.
  • Then add the milk and mix well. Add required amount of water and mix well. Then add the Kasuri methi powder.
  • Then add the paneer pieces and Let this simmer for few minutes. Then add the cream and mix. Check for seasoning and serve.
  • Then add the powdered masalas and salt. Cook until the masala leaves oil. Then add the cashew nuts powder, cook for few more minutes.
