This is a delicious, spicy and tasty curry made with paneer to be serves with naan or tandoori roti.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer cubes
- 1 Onion grated
- 1 Tomato grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Kitchen king masala powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Salt
- Oil or butter
- 1 Kasuri methi roasted & crushed
- 15 Cashews roasted and powdered
- 3 tbsp Fresh cream
Whole spices
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 2 Bay leaves
- 8 Pepper corns

Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a pan, lightly fry the paneer pieces and keep aside.
- Then in the same Oil, add the whole spices followed by the chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
- Then add the grated onion and sautรฉ until golden Brown. Then add the grated tomato and cook further.
- Then add the milk and mix well. Add required amount of water and mix well. Then add the Kasuri methi powder.
- Then add the paneer pieces and Let this simmer for few minutes. Then add the cream and mix. Check for seasoning and serve.
- Then add the powdered masalas and salt. Cook until the masala leaves oil. Then add the cashew nuts powder, cook for few more minutes.
