Grated Raw Mango Pickle With Garlic

This is a instant pickle which don't need more spices. Fried garlic is enough to give the flavour.

gm grated raw mango

tbsp
chopped garlic
1/4
teaspoon
asafoetida
1
teaspoon
red chili powder
1
teaspoon
melted jaggery

tbsp
mustard oil
Salt
Instructions
Peal off and grate the raw mango
Heat the oil add chopped garlic, hing and red chilli powder. Then pour into the grated mango.
Mix well then add salt and jaggery. Again mix properly. Now fill in a glass jar.
Keep it rest for two days then serve with roti, paratha, rice etc.
