Pui data with prawn. This is the recipe from Bengal chingri diye pui data chachhari. This pui saag was grown on the rooftop. We can cook it in both ways; veg or non veg.
Marinate the prawn with turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Then shallow fry in mustard oil.
In the same pan add dry chili and panchphoran. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped ginger and chopped tomato. Stir for a few seconds then add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.
Mix and stir continuously now add mixed veggies and pui saag. Again mix and cook with cover for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open the lid, it is cooked now add fried prawn. Garnish with kasundi and serve with steamed rice.
