Instructions
Make the batter with rice flour and urad dal flour. If you want you can add pinch of salt.
Keep the batter rest for 6 hours. Then
whisk
for a few minutes. It will become fluffy.
Now heat a with high flame apply ghee or oil. Then pour the batter and sprinkle little ghee.
Apply gunpowder paste then fold and see how crispy it is.
