Dosa is a popular Indian recipe. Not only South Indian but also across the country. Abroad also people demand, but making crispy at home it is difficult.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup urad dal flour
  • 3 cup rice flour
  • pinch Salt
  • Ghee for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Make the batter with rice flour and urad dal flour. If you want you can add pinch of salt.

  • Keep the batter rest for 6 hours. Then whisk for a few minutes. It will become fluffy.
  • Now heat a with high flame apply ghee or oil. Then pour the batter and sprinkle little ghee.

  • Apply gunpowder paste then fold and see how crispy it is.
