Take Poppy Seeds, Almonds, Melon Seeds, Cashew Nuts, Fennel Seeds, Chirongi, Pistachio, & put all in the jar then grind them all.
Add in cardamom powder, nutmeg and cinnamon powder along with turmeric powder. Mix well and store in air tight container. This is Thandai Masala ready.
For Kulfi
Take Milk in the pan & boil it then put 1 cup Thandai Premix in it & boil it then keep it for cooling down & put it in the glass vessel then cover it & freeze it.
Take out it after some time & cut the in the shape of Kulfi & Enjoy it.
To make Thandai drink
For 1 glass Thandai, put ice cubes, 1 spoon Thandai Premix, Milk & sugar in a blender jar.
Garnish with saffron and dried rose petals. Serve chilled.
