Instructions
Roast
sooji in 1 tbsp of ghee
In a separate pan add sugar and water along with food color. Cook on low flame till sugar dissolves.
Now add the mixture to the roasted sooji in pan and cook till it absorbs sugar solution.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve
