Healthy soup means what ingredients we are using and how we are preparing. I added fresh turmeric paste which is very good health. Bajra flour that is healthy millet and will bring to good consistency.
Boil all veggies, spring garlic, sweet potato, sweet corn. Add bajra paste, ginger paste, turmeric paste, pink salt and black pepper.
Put off the flame add lemon juice. In other side for tempering add olive oil chopped garlic and chopped bok choy. Stir for a minute then pour on the cooked soup.
Finally sprinkle with mixed herbs and serve hot soup. Get relief from cold in winter. Healthy soup with seasonal veggies we can consume in any season anytime.
