dried mango powder

mustard oil

Instructions
Take a pan add mustard oil. Let the smoke come out add panch phoran dried red chilli.
Add pumpkin pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, boiled black chana and salt. Mix evenly then cook in a low flame with cover.
After 10 minutes open the lid add dried mango powder. Mix evenly again. Then serve with roti/ chapati/ paratha/ steamed rice or whatever you like.
