Raw banana paratha Raw banana has many health benefits and very good diabetic patients. Whole banana tree is useful, it cultivated in coastal areas. Some people avoid to consume potato, I made this paratha for those who are diabetic.

mashed raw banana
1
cup
wheat dough
1
tablespoon
chopped garlic
1
tablespoon
roasted cumin powder
1
tablespoon
chopped green chillies
Sesame oil for shallow fry
Salt
Instructions
Boil the banana then mash. Now shallow fry the garlic add mashed banana.
Stir for a few minutes add chopped green chillies and salt to taste. Mix evenly then keep rest for cool.
Spread the wheat dough the fill with cooked banana. Again spread and bake with applying sesame oil. Serve with any combination as you like.
