Suji ka chilla
Every day we have to manage our kichen with different foods. Always have to think how to satisfy the family members. Here I am sharing a recipe Suji ka chilla. I have in two different ways.
Soak the semolina for 10 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add soaked suji, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and chopped ginger. Make a batter with adding little water.
Heat a griddle apply sesame oil then pour the batter spread grated grated beetroot and sprinkle little oat.
Flip other side and it will ready to serve with any sauce.
Other way add grated beetroot and oat into the batter. Then again apply oil and pour the batter. Flip other side then serve with any sauce.
