Millet momos
Millets have lot of benefits, I used bajra flour, jowar flour, ragi flour, wheat flour. You can use whatever millet you have. Definitely it is very good for health. Sometimes your kids demand momos, so you can try this healthy momos for your family.
Make a dough with bajra flour, jowar flour, ragi flour and wheat flour. Keep separate.
Take a pan add sesame oil, chopped garlic chopped red chilli. Saute for a minute. Add tomato puree, fruits vinegar and salt. Cook for another few minutes. Then keep aside.
In the same pan add sesame oil, chopped mixed veggies, black beans sauce and salt. Mix together to make the veggies soft.
Spread the dough and fill in mixed veggies then put in boiling water. Boil for five minutes. Then bring out from water and serve with instant sauce.
