Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Bajra Flour
  • 1 tbsp Jowar Flour
  • 1 Ragi Flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Veggies mixed
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sauce black bean
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil or sauce for sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp Fruits Vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Make a dough with bajra flour, jowar flour, ragi flour and wheat flour. Keep separate.

  • Take a pan add sesame oil, chopped garlic chopped red chilli. Saute for a minute. Add tomato puree, fruits vinegar and salt. Cook for another few minutes. Then keep aside.

  • In the same pan add sesame oil, chopped mixed veggies, black beans sauce and salt. Mix together to make the veggies soft.

  • Spread the dough and fill in mixed veggies then put in boiling water. Boil for five minutes. Then bring out from water and serve with instant sauce.
