jaggery powder

coconut milk
Whole red chilli
Green chillies
Panch phoran
Salt
Instructions
Wash and cut the Parwal and aloo. Then shallow fry with turmeric powder and salt.
Make a paste with adding turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, jaggery powder and salt.
Take a pan add whole red chilli and panch phoran stir for a few seconds. Add chopped tomato and mixed masala again saute.
Add fried pointed gourd and potato. Stir continuously add little water and cook for a few minutes. Add coconut milk. Now it is ready to serve.
