Wash and marinate the fish pieces. Make a masala paste with ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Add little water.
Shallow fry the marinated fish and keep aside. Now in the same pan add onion seeds and green chillies. Stir for a minute then add chopped tomato.
Cook for a minute then add mixed masala paste. Stir the masala paste add little water.
Add fried fish again cook for a few minutes sprinkle coriander leaves. Now ready to serve.
