This is an easy way to make tandoori kulcha without tandoor and without oven. Normally people use refined flour, curd baking soda. I tried without any other ingredients.
Make a smooth dough with wheat flour, keep aside for 10- 20 minutes.
Divide the dough in equal parts then spread the dough. Now sprinkle onion seeds and coriander leaves.
Heat a iron tawa then sprinkle little water above the heated tawa. Put the kulcha on the tawa. Bake one side then invert other side on the flame and bake.
Then apply ghee or butter over the kulcha and serve along with any veg recipe.
