Tandoori Kulcha

This is an easy way to make tandoori kulcha without tandoor and without oven. Normally people use refined flour, curd baking soda. I tried without any other ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of onion seeds
- Few coriander leaves

Instructions
- Make a smooth dough with wheat flour, keep aside for 10- 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough in equal parts then spread the dough. Now sprinkle onion seeds and coriander leaves.
- Heat a iron tawa then sprinkle little water above the heated tawa. Put the kulcha on the tawa. Bake one side then invert other side on the flame and bake.
- Then apply ghee or butter over the kulcha and serve along with any veg recipe.
