This recipe is more tasty and extra crunchy. Sometimes we can change our taste that's why I added roasted and grounded peanuts.

semolina

peanut

teaspoon
sambar masala

teaspoon
chilli powder

teaspoon
Moringa masala
Oil for shallow fry
Salt
Instructions
Roast
the peanuts then grind. Make a batter with rice flour, semolina, grounded peanuts and sambar masala.
Shallow fry then sprinkle chilli powder, peanuts and Moringa masala. Both sides should be crispy then serve with sambar and chutney.
